In my experience, it has lower latency and higher performance than Cubase, Logic and Live.reaper is certainly the best DAW out there, although not quite the most user friendly at first and even after having learned it well over some years there is always the possibility of hitting some random hotkey or setting in a subsubsubmenu somewhere that may take a while to track down and correctbut all in all its its definitely worth it for the insane level of granularity over every aspect of functionality, not to mention the incredibly low CPU footprint even when using a mountain of pluginsWow.
