Shadow is awesome I play AAA PC games all day at work on my 4g signal on my phone clipped to an Xbox controller I just wish the Android app had voice chat already that's a key feature needed even if it's a little spotty at first It's not impossible, as Moonlight does it (although has its own issues with touch support)The service is very flaky. Does a real good dedicated desktop impression. I was really hoping it worked as well as they said it did. The shadow PC graphics settings for it are set at max in every category for RDR2 and it looks great. We are heavy console gamers but one day we discovered the Oculus Quest for VR. This might not matter to you much depending upon your usage, but as iOS is the client I care most about, lack of progress with it has been concerning.for macOS & Shield, Geforce Now. I have had only a few instances where I had to refresh Shadow because it was choppy but does not happen often at all. I've been using shadow for about 2 years now and overall it's been pretty eh. Granted, I have gigabit internet at home and run on Windows not Mac.The only real issues I’ve had with Shadow are sometimes connecting fails (which seems to have gotten better with the latest beta) and no communication from the VM when I can’t connect because it’s restarting for windows updates (again, gotten better in the latest beta).In the time using Shadow, I also got access to the GeForce Now beta, and man it was slick, it worked quick and performance was great, but my packet loss on it was astronomical.
We're glad to have your support! I love my shadow, I have never been able to use the sims or anything else with settings all the way up till this. Leading us to Shadow PC. My computer couldn't handle the graphics in RDR2, playable but looked like S***. If your gaming time is hard to come by it's unbelievably frustrating for your cloud instance to often be unreachable for hours/days. I only have a light notebook with integrated graphics. As long as you have good internet, the latency is so low comparatively to other game streaming services.
