Once you have signed in to My Shaw, click My Services then choose TV on the navigation bar at the top; In the My channels section, click on View channels. I am finding it extremely frustrating to go to watch a channel listed in the tv guide only to find out i don't even get that channel ... and there are a lot of channels that i don't get!
