Whether or not we can run Disney+ through the Blue Curve system is going to be a major deciding factor. Currently this service is available only directly through Disney directly, not through TV providers, and their apps provide support on a number of smart TVs and streaming devices, but not for any cable/satellite platforms.
HD hardware is required for HD programming. Disney+ started today.

16 Live TV streaming via the BlueCurve TV app is available to all Shaw TV subscribers, full BlueCurve TV app access is only available to Shaw TV subscribers with Video on Demand (available at no extra cost). I signed up for my Disney+ tonight but couldn't access it or add the app through Shaw.
