I was pretty disappointed because we have always stayed at Holiday Inns and never had this bad of an experience. Also, I feel like for the price of the room, we shouldn't be charged $30 for parking, they should provide parking for their guests. We greatly appreciate your business and welcome the opportunity to earn a five star review. The hotel even had a restaurant onsite to purchase a hot breakfast. The front desk staff were very helpful.

We spilled something on our sheets and there were no extras in the closet so we had to call to get some more. The coffee was $5.50 and the buffet was like $13 a person. There is a note on the window that says they are remodeling and to keep the curtains drawn and the door locked because there might be someone on your balcony. Your session will expire in 5 minutes , 0 seconds , due to inactivity. Unless something changes, we won't be back to this location. Parking was good-no problems with our vehicle after being parked for a week. Good location. There is a parking deck built into the hotel where you can pay to park a car, but there's really no need to drive when so many restaurants and businesses are within walking distance of the hotel. You'll find we truly take guest feedback to heart.We were cruising out of the Port of New Orleans and booked their Park and Sail package. The staff was really nice though. Not a bad walk to the French market and bourbon street. We spent $1200 for 2 nights on 3 rooms and I don't feel it was worth it.
