I just remember what he did to the Pats in Foxboro in November of 2016. Chris Carson has ran circles around Penny this summer, all but securing the lead-back job for Seattle. Prosise is entering the final season of his rookie contract and the Seattle Seahawks running back is in prime position to win the job as third-down back behind Chris Carson and Rashaad Penny. He has the speed and elusiveness and hands that Carson doesnt have but he doesnt seem to be  built for the punishing power running game Petey Boy wants.

That's why Prosise was named the starter, right? What do we know about Montgomery's current role? C.J.

Prosise out-snapped Carson 46-37.

For a free add, whatever. He has the skill set to be more than the passing down rb and if SEA plays from behind most of the game he should be on the field a lot.

Montgomery shouldn't be going anywhere near Prosise in PPR leagues. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please call 1-800-GAMBLER.

And we typically like to see running backs lose weight as opposed to gaining it. CJP would be a terrific fantasy option if he played consistent snaps. If Prosise can stay healthy, Prosise will run circles around Plodfather Pt II (Carson). Prosise appears to be the leader for the two-minute, third-down back role, according to Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times .

Corey Clement (25) Peyton Barber (26) -- … Players gain weight all the time, but 16 pounds is a scarily-large amount for a running back.

Prosise was raised in Petersburg, VA and attended Woodberry Forest School. And we typically like to see running backs lose weight as opposed to gaining it. Rashaad Penny (hamstring) should be able to return in Week 4, so it will be interesting to monitor how the Seahawks split up reps moving forward.

Prosise (25) Ty Montgomery (27) Frank Gore (36) Jonathan Williams (26) Ameer Abdullah (26) -- Re-signed one-year, $1,047,500 deal with MIN. Players gain weight all the time, but 16 pounds is a scarily-large amount for a running back.

Of course, that will require him staying healthy, but he's interesting if he does.  A healthy prosise will make this the most muddled backfield to own. No thread for him. Seems like every time he plays a game he gets injured Camp could hardly have gone better for Prosise.

Camp could hardly have gone better for Prosise. Rashaad Penny weighed in at 236 pounds at Seahawks camp this week. If Prosise can stay healthy, Prosise will run circles around Plodfather Pt II (Carson). You can post now and register later. If Prosise can stay healthy, Prosise will run circles around Plodfather Pt II (Carson).

This might be the opening that Prosise needs to lock in his spot on the roster and push for some playing time. But first, he’ll have to prove he can stay healthy. Kid has lots of skill. Nick Mensio has been covering the NFL for Rotoworld since 2012. I'd tell you reports were he changed his diet and workout regimen and reported to camp in best shape of life...but he was already hurt once and now back again at least it was quick injury.

Montgomery shouldn't be going anywhere near Prosise in PPR leagues. It's not like either guy has been the pillar of health. I just remember what he did to the Pats in Foxboro in November of 2016.

I think that they are pretty similar really. Someone check Ancestry.com and see if their family trees are linked.

Prosise profile page, biographical information, injury history and news McKissic (foot) is expected to be sidelined 4-6 weeks. He was back at practice Tuesday. Can't think of a better day of news for Carson and Prosise  Carson had a rough night, and he isn't exactly a receiving back type. C.J. Seems like a real shot that Prosise has a role in this offense.

Seattle Seahawks running back C.J. This service is intended for adult audiences. Not sure what Petey Boy is going to do but  Carson is too slow and lacking versatility and Prosise is fragile. That could mean more snaps/touches for Prosise. I hope CJ can stay healthy this year. C.J. No thread for him.

If healthy, I think that we can safely say that Prosise is the passing down back, with the potential to be more.

He just needs to stay on the field. Carroll recently said he likes to go empty backfield in reference to Prosise's role/playing time (don't have the quote handy sorry). It was only like last year he could have been the guy...and def has the tools minus health to be the guy... but mckissic had great value last year... and I'd argue prosise is better... so guess we'll see... def a dart throw I think the big upside for Prosise is if he's used as a true "offensive weapon" type hybrid RB/WR.

Chris Carson has ran circles around Penny this summer, all but securing the lead-back job for Seattle.

Carson had a rough night, and he isnt exactly a receiving back type. Camp could hardly have gone better for Prosise. He's been on my watchlist in PPR going on 3 years now  When "injury prone" is the only real knock on a guy, I will gladly take a late flyer on him.
