Large variety on menu. Not for me, personally.
Came here a few days before Christmas and it was pretty busy around lunchtime. Added bonus, my favorite beer (wait, I'll rephrase that, the ONLY beer I like, was on tap). The order came out in a reasonable time despite being busy. The food, well cant judge the entire restaurant based on one food order. The view is breathtaking, the place has a fun theme. Like really? Awesome view right on the water. We sat at the bar, which was the perfect place to sit, as we were looking at the bow of our ship, the Celebrity Millennium and the bay.
One even stood there rolling cutlery and ignoring me. The Hangar was recommended and henceforth the review after the eats! We came twice in one day, once for lunch and once for cocktails.
The fries were very delicious and cooked perfectly.
Not overly expensive, but a bit cafeteria-formula. The food is excellent here and the view can't be beat.Made reservations for dinner With the wife , ordered the drinks and appetizers.
The only issue I have involves the prices.
We definitely pride ourselves on being a great place for friends gathering! We did the prime rib / cheddar sandwich and a shrimp dish, nothing to write home about but solid offerings.
They are definitely fed-up with tourists, and it shows on their attitudes. Food is fair, although a bit formula. I found this spot because I was in Juneau for a week and was searching for great food places. I ordered the Halibut Fish Tacos, which in my humble opinion was au'rite. We would like to invite you back to try our dinner menu (which we start serving at 4:00PM) some time, as it has a bit more variety and maybe some more date-appropriate options, but either way we're thankful for your valuable feedback. Sometimes with friends, more often with family, and few times for business.
The fish was delicious too. I wouldn't recommend this for a date night or special event dinner, but it's perfect for quick bites, bar type food, and friend gatherings.Thanks for the review Nancy.
